Role: Managing Director

Colin is the managing director of Mace in Scotland, having joined Mace in August 2007 and is responsible for the development of the company's project management and construction activities in Scotland.

After graduating with a first class honours degree from Heriot Watt University in 1983 Colin began his career as a trainee construction manager with a national contractor he has progressed up through the ranks to his current position as managing director.

Colin has extensive ‘hands on' experience in a wide range of construction sectors with particular focus on the retail, leisure and education sectors. He has over the years delivered many successful projects from refurbishment and new builds to complex civil engineering projects - his track records is second to none.

Colin brings drive, enthusiasm and sound experience to Mace in Scotland and his ‘can do' attitude, will bring stability and long term success to the Mace operations north of the border.

In 2007 Colin graduated from the Glasgow Graduate School of Law with a Master of Laws LLM and has recently joined the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, MCIarb.
