Mike joined the Mace Group when it was formed in 1990. As commercial director he is responsible for all legal and commercial matters throughout the Mace Group.
Mike has played a major role in the development of the company's legal processes in addition to developing commercial management systems and processes.
Mike has developed his expertise on a range of project types procured under fixed price, design and build and management forms of contract.
With his sound commercial background, Mike's strengths are as much in his knowledge of the legal framework of projects as in cost management.
