Role: Group Board Director
Mark Reynolds is the group director responsible for the infrastructure sector. He is also the deputy programme director for CLM Delivery Partner responsible for delivering the £8.1 billion capital delivery programme for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
His team comprises more than 250 designers, programme and project managers who work in three core infrastructure areas: aviation, rail and utilities. Teams in the respective areas are working on major projects and frameworks such as Heathrow Terminal 5 for BAA, Transport for London, Network Rail and Three Valleys Water.
Mark gained his early experience in the commercial sector on the Broadgate and Ludgate development projects in the late 80s and early 90s before moving to projects with BAA. Mark was appointed to his current role in 2001 and has since grown the business 20% year on year.
He is committed to improving industry performance and believes step change is needed to meet the challenges of this millennium. He has introduced and developed a number of innovative tools which have significantly enhanced production performance and improved business integration.
