Ross joined Mace in 2002 and was appointed as a director in 2004. He is a director on the consultancy board, one of the two main operating boards for the Mace Group.

Ross is currently living and working in Dubai where he is masterminding the programme management of the Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) development programme across the Middle East and North Africa (including UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Syria etc). The MAF programme management account includes the overall programme management of MAF's aggressive five year development programme together with the management of projects within the portfolio. The MAF shopping malls programme alone includes more than 40 'mega' shopping malls and is worth over AED30 billion. Ross's team is rapidly growing to meet the demands of this programme and will peak at 300.

Prior to moving to Dubai to head up the MAF programme in early 2007, Ross was one of two Mace directors leading the local government sector in the UK. In this role he had direct responsibility for the setting up, development and operation of the company's Hertford office and responsibility for over £1billion of construction value in the areas of programme management, project management, design management and design (relating to the Hertfordshire portfolio).

An architect by profession, Ross has a broad base of experience across the industry including design, design management and project management in the fields of office development (private and public sector), hotel / leisure development, housing, retail, education and rail transportation schemes.
