Clerk or Works required for busy framework

The Role:

Mace requires an experienced Clerk of Works to carry out inspection of multiple projects across Hertfordshire. This is a proactive role which requires the Clerk of Works to be the eyes and ears on site to assure smooth progress on the projects.

Typical projects will be schools, emergency services buildings and local Government property. The post will report to the multi disciplinary design team based in Hertford.

The Requirements:

• Wide experience and be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of current UK Building Codes• Previous experience in a similar Clerk of Works role• Good diplomatic communication skills• Full clean driving licence
