Our learning and development strategy creates a body of multi-skilled people who can realise their full potential whilst accommodating the changing needs of the business and industry. We promote best practice and stimulate innovation and we actively encourage the sharing of ideas and experiences from across and around the group. We ensure all of our people have access to at least five days of training per year and in the past year the company has increased its training delivery by over seventy percent.
