Our trainee managers have strong academic backgrounds and are bright, motivated and career-driven individuals who want to continue to learn whilst taking real responsibility on our projects and programmes from day one. The programme provides the potential future leaders of Mace with the support and guidance required to develop essential management skills and knowledge. From the start you will be able to develop core competencies as part of a project team, and you will also be encouraged to take an international placement.

Our programme is accredited by both the CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building) and RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and our trainee managers are encouraged to pursue their professional chartership during the three year programme for which financial support is available. We believe learning should be dynamic and the formal training you will receive is complimented by on-the-job coaching on your project and the company's mentor scheme.
