James Kelly

Corporate Responsibility Manager

James joined Mace in September 2006. Having pursued a career in construction he has developed an interest in sustainability and its implemetation into good business practice. Prior to joining Mace he led the design and implementation of a corporate responsibility strategy, including the development of group policies, for a large global construction consultancy.

James also has strong strategic, organisational, change and project management skills and experience and has worked with client representatives at all levels across a range of public and private sector projects.

Born in West Yorkshire, James grew up in Leicestershire and now lives in south west London with his wife Laura. He tries to cycle to work everyday but often fails!

2002-2004: Project manager on Newcastle Playhouse refurbishment
2002-2004: Project manager on Newcastle College Performance Academy
2002-May: Joins Turner & Townsend as a senior project manager
2002: Graduates from Heriot Watt University with a distinction in Construction Project Management
