Brian Moone of the Mace Business School recently addressed a 'successful supply chain management in construction' conference organised by trade magazine Construction News.
Held at the Earls Court conference centre, the key objective of the day was to demonstrate how to develop trusted partnerships and win repeat business. Brian drew on the learning achieved through the Mace Business School to illustrate the importance of supporting the development of management in the supply chain.
Brian said: "The Mace Business School concept was well received by the delegates including the client organisations and specialist trade representation bodies."
