Mace was appointed as construction manager on Delta City 67, located in New Belgrade, just 20 minutes outside the capital. Delta City is intended to become the a beacon of modern retail in Serbia, intended to set the standard for all future retail developments, introducing the city to a new and exciting shopping culture.

Delta City 67 is projected to be Belgrade's first true western-style shopping mall and is seen as a key pilot project in the real estate development of the area.
