Ukrainian suite

Mace was project manager for the construction of Hotel Sofia, a luxury Hyatt Hotel in Kiev, Ukraine, just one of many high end international hospitality developments we have delivered around the world.

The £19m Hotel Sofia project involved the refurbishment of a 5 star hotel in the business district of the Ukranian capital Kiev.

The hotel incorporates a new presidential suite in addition to restaurants, bars, meeting rooms and car parking.

The project team exceeded one million accident free man-hours on site and client Sofia Kiev congratulated the Mace project management team and Turkish contractor Aysel on the achievement.

The project was completed in December 2006
