Information

Como has commenced work on a major programme of re-stack, refurbishment and fit out of Johnson & Johnson’s major office complex at High Wycombe.
 
The works have been procured on a two stage tender basis, with Como managing the initial strip out and structural alterations phase in parallel with the procurement and agreement of a lump sum fixed price.
 
The scope of works includes works to blocks A - D of the High Wycombe complex.  This involves the complete refurbishment and fit out to Category B of one block, involving structural alterations, and formation of new MER and SER rooms.  Works to the remaining three blocks run in parallel, with works in these being undertaken whilst the buildings remain operational.
 
Como is working closely with Johnson & Johnson’s specialist move consultant to ensure that the fit out delivery dates are closely co-ordinated within the overall strategic move and business consolidation programme.
