Following our successful delivery of the stunning Venetian casino resort in Macau, Mace was once again called upon to help the Sands Corporation as it expands across Asia.

The Marina Bay Sands integrated resort project is a holiday and gambling scheme on a massive scale. The ambitious multi-tower design will be located on reclaimed land and feature a modern lifestyle blend of retail, gaming, museums and hotels - topped by a two acre sky garden. This is luxury with a futuristic edge, and very much in keeping with the Sands Corporation's other worldwide gaming resorts.

In mid-2006 Mace mobilised a senior team to assist the Venetian Group with the necessary preconstruction services required to establish the project. We developed an overall strategic programme alongside package and logistics management strategies.The Las Vegas Sands Corporation established its own project management services company and seconded experienced personnel from a number of internationally respected companies. Mace currently has 13 project and construction managers who are playing a pivotal role in delivering this iconic project. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2009.
