Mace was born out of a vision to find a better way of doing things. Our founders perceived that the construction industry was hungry for change in the way that it procured and delivered projects and we have been a leader in the construction management field ever since.
Contracting and fixed price solutions were first offered to clients in the late 1990s and are now an integral part of the overall Mace service offering.
For a number of years now, the Mace Group has provided construction solutions across a variety of market sectors including commercial offices, retail, residential, hotels, data centres, homes, education, local government and aviation. Our construction services expand beyond the UK and we recently completed The Venetian in Macau, the company's first construction management project in Asia.
We believe that construction projects of varying size and value require a different approach, skill and team spirit which is why we have two subsidiary businesses to deliver our contracting offer alongside Mace's own construction management and contracting services. Como delivers construction projects up to £10m in value and fit out schemes of all values, Mace Plus delivers construction projects from £10m to £50m and major schemes over £50m are delivered by the Mace Group.
