In response to client requests for a broader service offer, the Mace Group expanded into contracting in the late 1990s and now delivers fixed price construction through Mace Plus and Como.

Mace Plus and Como provide contracting services for public and private sector clients throughout the UK on all forms of contract where we accept the risk transfer of delivering programme and cost certainty.

We maintain a client focus at every level whether a design and build, traditional or management contracting form of contract is employed. We work with our clients and their advisors to determine the most appropriate procurement solution for their project.
