Fit out The Mace Group provides fit out services through management and fixed price forms of contract.

Achieving a rapid, snag-free fit out (often within a live environment) is critical to our clients’ business activities. Our skill is to apply the same high level of project control found in the early stages of a project through the fit out stage.

Under the fixed price contracting service offer, Como Group provides category A and B fit out services at commercial premises across a wide range of markets. Where appropriate we use modular methods of construction to achieve optimum value and predictability.

Alongside this, the Mace Group also provides a specialist service to the data centre market. The technical complexity of data centre facilities and the level of resilience now required means that clients will only appoint companies with a proven track record in this specialist sector. Our data centre team has the expertise and understanding of business contingency to provide the Tier 3 and 4 facilities now expected by clients.
