As one of the first add on services developed by the group, our preconstruction service is central to our commitment to finding and delivering the best solutions for clients.
Our preconstruction team has a wealth of experience in carrying out exercises which often culminate in the production of support documents for feasibility/concept/scheme design reports, development appraisals, risk assessments, business models and for Town and Country Planning Act applications via construction impact assessments as part of the environmental statement.
We challenge design solutions and identify project constraints from the earliest stage to produce a fully detailed and interrogated optimum plan of work to achieve the clients objectives without being fixed to a specific delivery route.
We are the service provider of choice for these exercises for many blue chip clients such as Stanhope, Land Securities, British Land, Heron, Barratt Homes, Sellar Properties, Tishman Speyer, ING, Shell, BAA etc.
